We offer a variety of events at Self-Care on the Square. Join us for group meditation and mindfulness sessions, group hypnosis, parent classes, and self-help classes. Every Tuesday at 7 pm, we offer a different group meditation in our meeting room. Topics vary and sessions usually last from 30-45 minutes. Scroll down to see what's on the schedule. Group meditations are small held in a small, intimate setting. They are FREE to attend. We appreciate any "Love" donations if you feel moved to do so. Dress comfortably so you can focus on going within. Be sure to RSVP since seating is limited.

Parent and Self-Help Courses
Browse our schedule to see what courses are on the horizon. Most courses run for multiple weeks and build upon the previous class. We encourage attending all classes within a course, however, everyone is always welcome to attend. Course fees are $10 per class and include all necessary supplies unless specifically noted. Purchase your tickets for "Creating Your Best Life Yet!" ahead of time for all 8 classes and receive a $5 discount (this early-bird special is valid if purchased 24 hours before the first class begins).
